  13. I have an USR Courier v.34+ and was wondering whether anyone has an
  14. updated Win95 .INF file that makes Win95 display 31.2 and 33.6k bps
  15. connect results properly. Currently, when I get 31.2 or 33.6 connects
  16. with my ISP, Win95 says I connect at 115,200 (which is actually my DTE
  17. speed).
